Aerocare cements new capability in painting Embraer Praetor 600

Aerocare Aviation Services recently accomplished its first full aircraft repainting of an Embraer Praetor 600 aircraft and a newly established relationship with a leading European business aviation service provider.

The Embraer aircraft received a full exterior repaint of its existing OEM livery using an approved paint system from Akzo Nobel. All works are being undertaken at Aerocare’s dedicated paint facility at Hawarden Airport in Chester, UK.

This follows recently completed improvements after a significant investment in its paint facility last fall, widening its door aperture to over 72 feet, which enabled it o accept larger aircraft types like the Embraer Legacy family and the Bombardier Challenger Series.

In working with Part 145 MRO partners to provide EASA certification, Aerocare has access to new markets and can provide its existing client base with extended coverage.

Aerocare secured the work by impressing its new customer with its professionalism and expertise, combined with a competitive timescale for delivery and underpinned by its reputation to provide a quality product with a VIP finish.

“Based on this highly successful experience, the client has already positioned a further aircraft for a full repaint to Chester and has several projects booked in with us during the next 12 months,” said Craig Radford, Head of Sales and Business Development at Aerocare.

“We’re extremely proud to have completed our first Embraer Praetor repaint project,” Radford said. “It produced a fantastic result, surpassing the high standards our client expects and we look forward to developing our future cooperation with them. We have a fantastic facility for all our customers looking to refresh their aircraft exteriors with a VIP finish.”

Aerocare can provide one-stop-shop solutions for maintenance, repair, interior refurbishment and modifications with its EASA Part 154 base maintenance facility, adjacent to the paint hangar.
