The Dynon SkyView 2-axis autopilot is now certified for the Cessna 182E, 182T, R182, T182, TR182, and T182T models. The price for a 10-inch display with the recommended optional components is $11,401.

The autopilot’s features include straight and level, roll modes, altitude hold, altitude pre-select, altitude change via VS or IAS, VNAV/Glideslope, flight director, and fully-coupled approaches.

Additional features include the yaw damper, which is available on Beechcraft Bonanza 35 and 36 series models with approved autopilot. Auto-trim is currently approved for Beechcraft Bonanza A36 and Cessna TR182 models.

The SkyView Trim Guidance feature will alert the pilot when nose-up or nose-down trim is needed to keep the aircraft in trim.

Installation of the autopilot system can be done at a Dynon authorized installation center or another qualified facility.
